This workshop is an intensive journey into layering PanPastels and stick pastels with mixed media to achieve results that just might change the way you think about combining imagery. Since "Pastel Innovations" was published in 2017 I've been exploring additive and subtractive techniques with cold wax, oil, oil pastels, crayons, monotypes, and trace monotypes.
DIfferent grounds and surfaces will be presented, as well as creative ways to think about abstraction, design, and composition. All levels, styles, and subjects are welcome.
