The Art of Food

Tucson Pastel Society’s

FOOD ART and COOKBOOK  Show

The Art of Food is suspended indefinitely!

We aren’t just good artists’ but we’re great cooks!!!

This is a fun project for all members. You can submit as many recipes as you like with a catch -- each recipe must be accompanied by a painting related to the recipe. For example, (but not limited to) a painting of the ingredients in a still life, a casserole, salad or dessert ready for serving, or ingredients while they are still on the farm (animals and/or plants). Use your imagination and have a lot of fun!!!

We will be assembling all of the recipes and art into a cookbook that will be for sale. We are also looking for a venue for a show of our food art. Start painting now!  You can submit as many recipes and paintings as you like.

The official prospectus will be posted soon!!!
