Facility Usage
Our goals this year is to install a HVAC system in the main room for year-round usage.

The Tucson Pastel Society, a 501(3)(c) non-profit art group, has workshop, class and meeting space for our own members as well as for local and national organizations for a nominal fee.
Tucson Pastel Society Building 2447 N. Los Altos Ave Tucson, AZ 85705 1/2 block North of Grant Ave and 1 block West of 1st Ave. Beside the Fry's center. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The facility has a large room totaling 1832 square feet for workshops or classes, It has a raised platform in one corner for instructors or models. Please check the calendar carefully before processing electronically. The calendar is shown below. If you request a date and time that are already filled, your payment will be refunded after a (25%) twenty-five percent processing fee has been deducted. Rental Fees: 1-3 hours - $50 4-6 hours - $100 7 or more hours - $150 A rental agreement and a hold harmless form are required for rental of the facility. Rental Agreement and Hold Harmless Instructions: The rental agreement and hold harmless form are a fillable PDF. You may fill and then submit back to the Tucson Pastel Society by clicking on the Submit Button, then click the Send. You may use the PayPal Donate option for payment or send all paper documents and a check payable to the Tucson Pastel Society to: Tucson Pastel Society 5226 W. The Tucson Pastel Society will add the dates requested to the calendar once all documents and monies have been received and approved. Calendar listings in brown are rentals for the building. Other colors are TPS business or shows and do not apply to rental dates and times. A signed contract by a TPS representative will be sent to the applicant.
