Painting with Intention

"At the beginning of March, the Tucson Pastel Society was privileged to host artist Aaron Scheurr for a 3 day workshop. Since Aaron took the time to come early to our area, he was able to get out into the desert to both observe and paint our local flora and mountainscape. This allowed for a workshop superbly tailored to what we see here in our area. I really appreciated the way he broke down his approach to crafting a realistic landscape. He was able to demonstrate the use of exciting colors and textures while maintaining a true realist's approach. I'm looking forward to purchasing his online workshop to get even more learning out of his very intentional teaching style. I know I'll be using techniques he shared for years to come."
